The raw edition of the Lanka Premier league just hit the topic in town, Jaffna stallions swiped up victory with the inaugural event.

Galle Gladiators - Mr Nadeem Omer

Owner of the PSL (Pakistan Super League) team Quetta Gladiators Mr Nadeem Omer also owns the Gall Gladiators team in LPL. In 2020 Nadeem Omar Was also selected as the president of Pakistan scrabble association.

Kandy Tuskers - Mr Sohail Khan and Abbas Muni

Salman Khan's younger brother Sohail khan and Abbas Muni Duo owns the Kandy Tuskers.

Jaffna stallions - Owned By Sri Lankan and Indian Expats

The Northern representative to the LPL aka the Jaffna stallions perhaps is the only team which has a bit of local ownership. The team is co-owned by a consortium of overseas Indians and Sri Lankans living in the west.
